Brush kit

This kit does not fit my vacuum. I need to return it. Where to send it?

My little “Cosette”cleans like new.

The brush/filter combo replacement works well. We do notice the new brushes are a little noisy than the old worn out ones, but she is cleaning like a new vac. We have had our d7 Cosette about 3 years or so, and our d3 Fifi a couple of years more. All of the d7 features sound great, but the truth is, in spite of help from Neato techs, we have been unable to make those features work consistently. However just starting her up manually is trouble free and does the job. We start her up nightly as we head to bed and enjoy walking barefoot on clean carpet and hardwood floors each morning. I empty her bin each morning. Our granddaughters commented on how clean our house always looks. No effort! Changes my life..no fretting about having guests. Better than having a maid!
