We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to oversee the sales order lifecycle from the receipt of a customer’s purchase order to delivery and billing. This position acts as a liaison between our distribution center, internal departments, and customers providing accurate and timely information regarding sales orders. Responsibilities also includes planning, forecasting, order management, inventory management, sales support, new account integration, and customer maintenance. This position reports into the Senior Sales Administrator Manager. 



  • Performs and validates daily operations for order processing and backlog management
  • Responds to inquiries from internal and external customers such as order status, shipment schedules, account applications, product availability, and pricing 
  • Maintain accurate data management in company ERP system and customer portals
  • Monitor and process all RMA requests
  • Assist with new item set ups
  • Cross train within sales operations team and backup other team members when needed
  • Identify and implement process improvements and operational support
  • Ability to generate sales reports as needed
