Channel Marketing Manager

Neato Robotics is developing technology at the forefront of robotics & artificial intelligence.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Manage the annual retail account planning process that delivers the business plan
  • Measure success of retail projects/programs, report and communicate on what worked and what didn’t work to upper management
  • Drive the retail activation activities including creative production, POS displays, online content, and sales rep training
  • Implement, optimize, and track results of digital sponsored ads across various retailers using various digital advertising platforms to drive sales
  • Identify growth opportunities based on the retail account and competitive landscape
  • Develop and execute below-the-line strategies
  • Keep up-to-date with the market conditions and trends; track and analyze weekly sell thru performance based on sales target vs actual, and pricing
  • Manage, train, and track productivity of field reps
  • Align with the sell-in team on the best stock level as per the potential sales of each SKU
  • Build a strong relationship with national retail accounts; monitor sales activities to ensure that targets are met and take appropriate actions to boost the sales and maximize sell thru

Experience and Skills:

  • Strong communicator verbally and written
  • Proven impact in driving retail tactics that influence sales
  • 5+ years of retail channel marketing experience in relevant consumer markets
  • BS/BA in business, marketing or related field
  • Travel required to industry events, customer visits, and sales meetings

Nice-to-haves:

  • MBA
  • Direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience
  • Deep understanding of retail channels and shopper marketing
  • Takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience working with national retailers in US
