The product manager will be responsible for the mobile applications (both Android and iOS), voice driven experiences e.g. Alexa as well as the cloud infrastructure for Neato’s advanced robots. Responsibilities Product management of mobile applications for both iOS and Android, voice driven experiences (Alexa, Google Voice) and cloud infrastructure that drives Neato robots. Analyze various types of data and perform/direct consumer research to identify user experience pain points and opportunities to delight consumers in new ways Create a vision for multiple product categories and communicate project objectives to multiple groups throughout the organization Collaborate with UX designers (interaction, visual, etc.) and various engineering teams (cloud, app, robot software, etc.) to determine the feasibility and design options for new features Analyze user data and recommend improvements based on insights Develop new feature ideas into a logical roadmap and prioritize development efforts across multiple projects and various design/development teams Define the detailed feature requirements and organize them in project tracking tools used be each development team Develop related documents, including user stories or other requirement documents needed to support a clear understanding of project plans across the organization Support the launch of new releases or products by working closely with many groups through the organization, including outbound marketing, customer support, sales, public relations, etc. Prepare supporting documentation for new software releases and help train customer support about new features Provide feedback/input for branding, messaging, and product positioning to other marketing team members Required Qualifications 5+ years experience in a software-related role developing successful consumer mobile products. Successful release of at least one mobile product is a must.
