Primary responsibilities include creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process changes. Project management and cross-functional team coordinatio are essential for this role. Responsibilities: Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple business functions. Develop and execute project plans including schedules, milestones, critical path, scope, and budget. Track and communicate project status to project team, stake holders, sponsors, and vendors. Drive project teams to resolve key issues in a timely manner, identify risks and plan for mitigation. Manage project budget for all IT capital projects, deliver projects within budget. Collaborate with business partners to develop and manage a portfolio of IT projects to achieve company objectives. Lead business process analysis, requirements gathering, functional and technical design, solution implementation, systems integration, testing, user training, and production support. Document current and future state business processes across multiple functions. Identify key opportunities and gaps in core business processes and technology solutions. Implements best practices, acts as a strategic advisor to drive innovation and improvement. Collaborate in business intelligence design and development, create reports and KPIs. Assist with IT support issues and other tasks assigned by IT director. Qualifications: Proven record of delivering successful projects in ERP, Ecommerce, business intelligence, and data integration. Working knowledge of project management methodology including SDLC, Waterfall, Agile and Scrum. Experience with managing conflict, escalation, negotiation, influencing others, and problem solving. Proficiency in utilizing project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Smartsheets. Demonstrated success at delivering technical solutions that solve complex business problems. Demonstrated proficiency in the ERP capabilities including master data, inventory management, customers, suppliers, purchasing, receiving, order management, invoicing and shipping. Strong understanding of global Ecommerce platforms, order management and integrations. Experience with application integration for supply chain and ecommerce including, EDI, B2B, 3PL. Ability to present effectively to audiences at every level of the organizational structure. Ability to prioritize requests, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and meet milestones. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, assessment capabilities, and sharp critical thinking. College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. 4+ yeas of related business experience with project management and enterprise application support is required. PMP Certification is preferred.
