We are looking for talented individuals to join our growing European based team. As a core part of the company strategy, Neato Robotics seeks to hire a Nordic Sales Manager who will report to the Head of Nordic Sales.  If you would like to be part of a dynamic, fast growing international organization and if having a broad set of responsibilities is appealing to you please contact us.

Overall Responsibilities:

The Nordic Sales Manager will have responsibility for developing, managing, and driving Neato sales within the Nordic region. Primary focus will be on Norway and the key partners within the region (Elkjop & Komplett).


  • Work with Head of Nordic sales to help define Nordic sales / channel strategy
  • Support and drive sales in line with the AOP for the assigned key accounts
  • Develop strategic partnerships with new & existing retailers and e-tailers in the region
  • Delivering both short- and long-term strategic plans for assigned accounts
  • Optimize Neato sales performance within nominated partners to ensure Sell Out targets deliver versus AOP objectives
  • Manage nominated partner P&L to perform in line with Neato’s annual budgetary requirements for each assigned account and deliver maximum profitability
  • Manage weekly & monthly reporting on inventory and sell out versus KPI’s and AOP
  • Review and assess monthly GFK reporting to effect / adapt regional strategy
  • Ongoing management of monthly forecasts for assigned accounts
  • Work with the European marketing team to deliver activities to:
    • Plan and execute partner marketing plans
    • Drive greater in store visibility & brand awareness
    • Drive greater online visibility
  • Work with the European marketing team to analyze assigned account / s performance & ROI to help deliver improved investment direction


  • At least 8+ years European sales experience in SDA or consumer electronics field
  • A proven track record in sales within the Nordic region (especially Norway)
  • Past dealings and string understanding of Elkjop & Komplett
  • A confident and assertive communicator with strong influencing skills
  • Good analytical skills, and adept in working with all business tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with people at all levels
  • Excellent presentation skills; Good report writing skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • At minimum fluent in Norwegian and English
