We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join the Marketing Department based at our headquarters in San Jose, CA. As the Marketing Communications Specialist, you support day-to-day activities to develop marketing materials, manage digital assets, drive traffic and conversions to the website and e-commerce, and facilitate adoption of tools and processes.


  • Plan and execute digital merchandising strategies, including content enhancements and promotion creative, to drive sales
  • Monitor the website and e-commerce platform, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to make updates, plan upgrades, and troubleshoot issues
  • Support the Sales Admin to manage day-to-day e-commerce activities, such as updating pricing, PDPs, and reviewing customer orders
  • Coordinate with our agencies for day-to-day campaign management, including maintenance of the pricing and promotions calendar for use in copy and creative
  • Coordinate email marketing activities, including maintenance of lists and planning and distributing regular newsletters, drip campaigns, and lifecycle automations
  • Tracking all marketing contracts, POs and expenses, managing vendor invoices and submitting necessary documents to finance
  • Maintaining asset library for use internally and by vendors and partners
  • Documenting and maintaining processes, such as e-commerce policies and customer FAQ, and support training of other departments of these policies and business workflows
  • Creating and maintaining reports to track the results of communications activities
  • Supporting the general and administrative needs of the team, taking and distributing notes at team meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing shipments of promotions and giveaways
  • Organizing and developing materials for trade shows, meetings, and conferences
  • Working with other departments and external vendors to gather deliverables and track against project plans, such as translated documents, creative assets, and updated timelines
  • Keep up to date on privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, to help implement best practices


  • 2-3 years of experience working with digital, communications, or marketing teams; agency experience a plus
  • Previous experience with Shopify and Klaviyo a plus
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Able to multi-task, managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once
  • Previous experience working in consumer technology
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive outlook for learning new skills
