We are looking for talented individuals to join our growing European based team. As a core part of the company strategy, Neato Robotics seeks to hire an Online Sales Manager for Europe who will report to the European Head of Online Sales. Overall Responsibilities:

The Online Sales Manager will have responsibility for developing, managing, and driving Neato sales within a number of strategic Online partners across EMEA.

  • Work with Head of Online Sales to help define and drive Online strategy for EMEA
  • Develop long term strategic partnerships within both existing and new Online partners across EMEA.
  • Delivering both short and long term strategic plans for nominated Online partners
  • Optimize Neato sales performance within nominated Online partners to ensure Sell
  • Out targets deliver versus AOP objectives
  • Ongoing management of monthly forecasts for nominated Online partners
  • Manage Online partner P&L to perform in line with Neato’s annual budgetary
  • requirements for each nominated Online partner and deliver maximum profitability
  • Work with the European marketing team to deliver activities to:
  • Increase traffic to Neato pages
  • Drive greater online visibility with the channel partners
  • ensure the quality of the content in channel partners is in line with the company guideline
  • Participate in creation of online marketing imperatives of the EMEA region, including suggesting and executing business improvement initiatives, and collecting & addressing customer feedback.
  • Work with the European marketing teams to analyze Online partner performance to help deliver improved investment direction and content optimization
  • Work closely with all Neato country managers to ensure Online activities work to support regional strategies and KPI’s

Qualifications:

  • At least 8+ years European sales experience in SDA or consumer electronics field, management consulting and product management experience are plus
  • A proven track record in sales with Tier 1 Online retailers in Europe
  • Strong understanding of Online tools and performance metrics
  • A confident and assertive communicator with strong influencing skills
  • Good analytical skills, and adept in working with all business tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with people at all levels
  • Excellent presentation skills; Good report writing skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Must be fluent in German, English and additional languages are plus
