We are looking for talented individuals to join our growing team in Berlin, Germany. The ideal candidate should be flexible, have used a CRM system, and attain good understanding of methods of shipment.

Overall Responsibilities:

This person will be responsible for coordinating the Sales Operation process across within EMEA markets with knowledge of ecommerce experience in working with the Amazon platform. Many of these duties will be in collaboration with the corresponding Sales Managers.

  • Coordinate and oversee all sales orders for EMEA
  • Cooperate with each sales manager to determine on-going sales orders
    • Actively follow-up on placement, timing and delivery of orders and ensure that orders are within customer credit limits
    • Call on any queries associated with delivery or special requirements.
    • Track delivery of sales orders
    • Track Returns and PODs.
    • Be available for any customer queries on deliveries, missing elements or any other potential needs
    • Assist with analytics; provide data analysis on things such as inventory, sales, and monthly targets (PSI - Purchase/Sales/Inventory - Management)
    • Coordinate the Sales team and assist with organizing their data and information input and output
  • Liaise between internal sales team and external customers/vendors.
  • Coordinate across internal logistics, sales administrative and finance teams to expedite the turnaround time for order processing
    • Possess a solid understanding of incoming shipments/timing, any credit issues, missing order elements, and any order release challenges
    • Responsible for ensuring we have proper documentation and backup for orders and liaising with external logistics teams
    • Ensure contracts and non-disclosure agreements are in place and centrally filed
  • On Occasion, communicate with the Sales Operations Manager at headquarters Newark, CA USA
  • Using Customer & Vendor specific tools to create & maintain Sales & Marketing Reports in line with the needs of the EMEA Sales Team with the guidance of the Commercial Director 

Required Experience:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office Excel skills. 
  • 3+ years of experience in sales administration, working with Amazon an advantage.
  • Stellar interpersonal communication skills, with good analytical skills.
  • NetSuite experience and advantage.
  • Comfortable interacting with international internal and external customers.
  • Must be fluent in German, English, and additional European languages a plus.
  • Ability to work in a small team, with a fast pace and grow with the business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving ability/ think outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently and well within a team.
  • Detail oriented and thorough with follow-through.
  • Located in Berlin
