The Coordinator and Sales Operations Manager will manage to drive our sales operations team in support of distributors and partners in Asia and Latin America.  In this position you will participate in all aspects of our sales operations including forecasting, planning, order management, inventory management, sales support, new account setup and customer maintenance.  This position reports into the VP of Sales for the Americas & Asia.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work directly with the distributors and partners on sales forecasts for each market within Asia and Latin America. 
  • Coordinate with operations team and logistics providers to ensure product availability and timely delivery of goods.  Collaborate with sales teams and finance to ensure profitability targets are being met based on product mix and account assortments
  • Support all areas of our commercial operations; including external customer interfacing, customer set-ups, order management, inventory management, order allocation and shipment from our distribution partners (3PLs), 3PL planning, demand forecasting
  • Identify and implement improved processes and operational support to support these international markets
  • Coordinate monthly reporting from distribution partners and have it prepared for internal reporting processes
  • Provide analysis on local retail market pricing
  • Facilitate communication with distributors within internal teams      

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-7 years experience supporting distributors and/or retailers in a sales support or sales operations management role
  • Experienced in order management, inventory management, and EDI transactions
  • Able to manage projects with multiple tracks as a high-energy contributor
  • Required to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies
  • Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Data analysis and problem solving skills
  • Strong experience with excel
  • Strong management & communication skills and the ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Must be a team player
  • College degree in relevant field required
