The battery that I needed to get my Neato Vacuum back to business.

It did not work for us. Before the vacuum was acting slow, would only clean part of the house. When we put this new battery in, the vacuum stopped working all together. Just beeped. Tried contacting customer service but they said we need a new vacuum. Wish I hadn’t tossed the original battery because at least that one worked, if only partially. Now I need an entire new vacuum.
